Swim Course- 1.2ish miles

The swim course will be a single loop clockwise in the beautiful pristine waters of Lake El Reno. It is guaranteed to be a wetsuit legal swim and you might even want to bring some neoprene booties for you feet. Water clarity is expected to be extremely high with visibility at around 8 inches. 

 

Bike Course- 54.7 miles

The bike course will be a rolling single loop, double-double loop course. It is sure to be windy, shouldn't be hot, and fun as fun gets. 2,230' of elevation gain so what isn't to love about it?


 

Run- 13.10000003 miles

Run course is a 3 loop course on asphalt and gravel surfaces. There is absolutely no shade on the course so be sure to bring an umbrella with you. You will pass two bathrooms though so you do have that going for you. Please note loop sequence: 1st loop- clockwise, 2nd loop- counter clockwise, 3rd loop- clockwise.
